This policy applies to the FoCoCo mobile app (iOS and Android), the FoCoCo WebApp, and the FoCoCo website at FoCoCo.ai.
Please read carefully before using FoCoCo.
1. Acceptance
By using FoCoCo, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app or WebApp.
2. Eligibility
FoCoCo is for users 13+.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login secure
- Not sharing your access
- Compliance with local laws when using the app
You may delete your account anytime.
4. Subscription / Membership
FoCoCo Prime is a paid subscription:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
- WebApp (Stripe)
WebApp subscriptions give access across Apple, Android, and Web.
Apple/Google store purchases unlock the app + WebApp, but do not transfer between Apple and Google.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use FoCoCo for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer the app
- Misuse AI systems
- Upload harmful content
- Interfere with app performance
6. Intellectual Property
FoCoCo, FoCoMap, GolfSync, MindCoach, MindGame System, JustTalk, MindPower Index (MPI), designs, images, and code are owned by Quantum Surprise, Unipessoal Lda.
7. AI Usage & Limitations
FoCoCo provides mental-performance insights, not medical advice.
FoCoCo does not diagnose, treat, or guide medical or psychological conditions.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Liability
FoCoCo is provided "as is".
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not responsible for incorrect decisions made using the app.
10. Governing Law (Hybrid)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
GDPR applies to all data processing.
Local consumer rights may apply based on your country.
