1. Transactional messages
FoCoCo sends messages necessary to provide and secure the service, such as email verification, password reset, purchase confirmation, account alerts, policy updates and support replies. These are not marketing messages and may continue while you have an account or active transaction.
2. Marketing messages
FoCoCo sends news, product updates, launch information and offers only where permitted by law, normally after you opt in. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to create or use an account.
3. Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or by contacting privacy@fococo.ai. We may retain a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again against your choice.
4. Signup wording
Recommended account wording: “By creating an account, you agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.”
Recommended newsletter wording: “We’ll use your email to send the updates you requested. See our Privacy Policy.” Where broader promotional marketing is optional, use a separate unticked checkbox: “Send me FoCoCo news, product updates and offers.”
