FoCoCo is an AI-powered Golf Mind Coach. It is not a live human coach, PGA professional, psychologist, healthcare professional or emergency service.
1. When you are interacting with AI
CoachTalk, GameTrust, automated summaries, personalized recommendations, voice interpretation and certain performance insights use artificial intelligence. The interface should clearly identify AI-powered interactions before or at first use.
2. What AI does
- Transcribes and structures voice or text you choose to provide.
- Organizes golf moments and identifies possible patterns across rounds and sessions.
- Generates coaching questions, reflections, summaries and recommended activities.
- Uses relevant account history to make responses more personal and consistent.
3. Limitations
- AI may misunderstand you, miss context, repeat itself or provide inaccurate or unsuitable output.
- Scores, classifications and recommendations are estimates based on the information available.
- AI output does not guarantee performance improvement and should not replace your own judgment or appropriate professional advice.
- FoCoCo does not use AI to make legal, employment, credit, insurance, medical or similarly significant decisions about you.
4. Memory and personalization
FoCoCo may retain relevant conversation history, goals, routines, round events, prior recommendations and outcomes so the Golf Mind Coach can learn your game over time. You can request access, export or deletion of this information. Account deletion removes the associated personal memory subject to lawful retention and backup cycles.
5. Human access
Private conversations are not routinely read by staff. Limited authorized access may occur where necessary to resolve a support request, investigate security or misuse, comply with law, or evaluate a reported harmful or incorrect response. Access should be limited, documented and protected.
6. Data and model training
FoCoCo does not use private conversations, voice transcripts or identifiable performance data to train general-purpose AI models. Service providers may process relevant inputs only to provide the requested feature under contractual data-protection terms. FoCoCo may use de-identified or aggregated information to test and improve service quality as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Your choices
You can choose not to use optional AI interactions. Some core FoCoCo coaching features require AI processing and will not function without it. You may correct information, report an output, request data access or delete your account.
8. Reporting concerns
